It seems many people use the term "bootie" in the fitness industry. I've read it in print, heard it on the radio and in the gym. But something about it has always rubbed me the wrong way. So I decided to write a short article (my feelings on the matter) and poll several people from the fitness industry. I wanted to know what people thought of this word. Is it just a playful word? Is there more to this?
